Type : Vertical, air-cooled, totally enclosed, Compression, ignition , four-stroke cycle, cold starting, water-cooled diesel engines.
COMBUSTION : Open type combustion chamber in an aluminum alloy piston in combination with long-stem nozzle, resulting in low fuel consumption and easy starting .
FUEL SYSTEM : Fuel is supplied to the fuel pump by gravity feed through the fuel tank and an efficient paper element filter
SPECIFIC FUEL CONSUMPTION : 251 g/kwh (185 g/php-h) at 1500 rpm, full load.
FUEL TANK CAPACITY : 11.5 liters.
LUBRICATION : Moving parts are lubricated party by force feed and party by splash lubrication.
LUB. OIL SUMP CAPACITY : 3.7 liters, at higher level mark on dipstick.
LUB. OIL CONSUMPTION : 0.8% pf fuel consumption
COOLING : Cold air is forced on o the cylinder, cylinder head by a radial fan mounted on the cylinder, and is directed through streamlined cowling, thus cooling the engine effcienty.
GOVERNING : Class ‘B1′ for industrial applications class’A2’ for genset application.
ROTATION : Standard rotation is clockwise while facing the flywheel. Engines with counter-cockwise rotation can be built against specific requirement.
STARTING : Hand start.
DRIVE : Standard power take-off is fro the flywheel end .
STANDARD EQUIPMENT : Starting handle, exhaust silencer, air cleaner, fuel tank, set of tools.
OPTIONAL : Flexible coupling, pulley key type, variable speed arrangement, foundation bolts, extension shaft.
